Each application is prayerfully reviewed to discern alignment with the mission, values, culture, and expectations of the community. Those invited to continue will receive additional information regarding the next steps in the discernment process.
Who May Apply
The Founder's Prayer Circle welcomes applications from women and men who sense the Lord's invitation to intentional discipleship, mentoring, leadership development, and Kingdom service. Applications are prayerfully considered as the community continues to develop.
Prayerfully Considering Your Next Step? If you believe the Lord may be leading you toward the Founder's Prayer Circle, we invite you to begin the application process. We look forward to learning more about your journey, answering your questions, and discerning together whether this community is the right next step.
Growth, Formation, & Kingdom Assignment
Spiritual formation is not an end in itself.
Within DOTW, discipleship, prayer, mentoring, and leadership development help prepare individuals to discern how their gifts, experience, and calling may serve families, churches, organizations, communities, and other Kingdom initiatives.
Leadership formation reflects an apostolic and prophetic emphasis—equipping believers to discern God's direction, develop spiritual maturity, build faithfully, and steward Kingdom assignments with wisdom, character, and responsibility. This emphasis shapes how leaders are developed without prescribing a particular title, office, or expression of service.
Opportunities for deeper leadership development or Kingdom service may emerge over time according to calling, readiness, demonstrated faithfulness, and the needs of the Kingdom.
Not every participant will serve in the same way. Our aim is not to manufacture titles or positions, but to cultivate spiritually mature believers prepared to faithfully steward what God has entrusted to them.

As leaders mature through formation, mentoring, and faithful service, opportunities may emerge to serve within distinct areas of Kingdom assignment according to their calling, gifting, experience, spiritual maturity, and readiness.

Pathways May Intersect
Every Kingdom assignment begins with a foundation of discipleship, prayer, spiritual formation, mentorship, and faithful stewardship. As members grow in spiritual maturity and demonstrate faithful leadership, the Lord may entrust them with responsibility in more than one area of Kingdom service.
These pathways are complementary expressions within one Kingdom mission. A leader's service may develop across more than one area according to calling, gifting, experience, readiness, and the needs of the Kingdom.
One foundation. Multiple assignments. One Kingdom mission. Together, we advance the Kingdom of God.
